Brian May is amazing and queen stuff is really difficult to play (and not just because it has heavily layered guitar parts)

i read a biography on buckethead yesterday. there seems to be no solids facts about him, noone knows his age, race, or even his real name. All i could dig up was that he was born on a farm and got his face ripped off by chickens and hes been wearing a mask ever since. The man is an ENIGMA.....!

i had to use that word....sorry..

His name is Brian Carroll, and I'm not sure about his age, but I'm almost positive he is in his mid 30s. If you want to check out some of his stuff, start with something like GIANT ROBOT, then Colma. I think he is one of the greatest ever, just my opinion though. He is my personal favorite guitarist, in fact, I just got tickets to see him July 17th, can't wait!

hhhmmmmm, i dont think that buckethead is in newgnr anymore.... i think he left. something about a solo career. alledgedly.
frank zappa gets the vote from me. although ive never really compared hedrix and zappa, it would probably turn out inconclusive.

Yeah Buckethead left back in March. He had supposedly got tired of "no progress no touring" or something.
