The Industrial Poll
Let's be honest, there's no way I could list every industrial act in a single poll, nor would it be right to consider a vast majority of what has become known as "Industrial" to be experimental music by any means at all, so let's try to keep this poll limited to Industrial as an Avant-Garde rock style...if I've left out someone important, feel free to speak your mind.
So let's have it, which of these Industrial artists would you consider essential above all the rest...
...I'll post some comments later when I have the time.
(( and if anyone has problems with what I've listed, feel free to debate it. ))

Lustmord and Zoviet France as industrial? hmm....I never thought of Spybey and Williams as that, but ok and I would couple Current 93 and Death in June with the Apocalyptic Folk type stuff along with the Legendary Pink Dots and Tony Wakeford's project Sol Invictus...
just speaking my mind
Is Ministry not considered industrial? I've always wondered because I was never an industrial fan and just in the past year or two have gotten into it a little bit. I am happy to see Foetus's Jim Thirlwell listed...His Steroid Maximus sideproject is quite eclectic and unique, something I'd recommend to anyone, especially the album 'Ectopia'.

...there Josh, for now I've removed the two...no need for this thread to get controversial...
...I wasn't planning on voting for them anyway, so if they're brought up I'll add them again later...

I'd have to agree with Josh on those bands/projects, I can't seem them as industrial either.
Out of those I know, I'll have to go with Einstürzende Neubauten.

Einstürzende Neubauten, Skinny Puppy would be 2nd place, and Throbbing Gristle close behind.

Although Einsturzende Neubauten are great and I really love Coil,
I'm gonna have to go with TG for best industrial act.
