PM Keef with this question, I'm sure he'd be able to help much.

Everyone does different things really. I tend to use Ableton Live on a PC and pre record a lot of 4 bar loops of bits of tracks, set up a load of FX I can play with and improvise it all around that. Plus I'll ocasionally set a loop going and improv a bit on my bass guitar.

I know people who use keyboards and outboard gear, but I don't.

Basically play about with ideas and then attempt to do a set in your own house.

My first gig was an internet gig and my first physical gig is in 2 weeks. Scary!

Cheers, I'm looking forward to it.

A week (or maybe a bit longer) afterwards it should be streamable on the n5RADIO section of the n5MD site. But mike might hold onto it a bit longer because the album won't be out yet, that comes out July 20th.
