Considering there is virtually no difference between LOC and CV, which you admit to yourself, I generally use LOC to talk about both/either bands.

Oh and Workinclass, LOV is the morons typo, CV is Choking Victim, and LOC is Left Over Crack. Basicly as he said, CV is an ex-nyc based band who broke up to start LOC, pretty much only dropping the ska influence they had in CV.
