and why not? it was distributed on their own label music70, just as the initial release of Twoism. There were only 100 copies made of it, and that's why it was made such a hot commodity, until Warp picked it up and re-pressed and re-released it on vinyl and cd (for which it was never released on initially). I'm sure they didn't have any money to produce high quality albums back then (if you think of their ages, they must have been in their young adolescent years when the first cassette came out supposedly in 1987).
