First of all, I said questions, not puzzles.
1. Coldcut, The Orb
I know of the artists in number 3, but wtf are all these analogies and such? and the last one? what relevance does it have. you say Who is it, and then give album titles as a hint...

They are all album titles. Each answer is an album title. The code are also album titles. Work it, equinox.

The second one is deceptively simple.

I'll give you more hint: Coltrane / ....
and then,
Each letter represents the first letter in the title of each album the artist has released.

would be relatively easy if I liked Coltrane, but as Geoff knows, I haven't been able to get into the guy, unless you are talking about Alice, herself.

and how could that analogy of coltrane and oval work? Elph vs. Coil came out with Worship the Glitch a year before Oval's album came out. Sure, Wohnton came out in 93', but Paap didn't make it popular till diskont.
