IDM with _good_ vocals

I often see people complaining how vocals ruin IDM songs. Well, let's make a list of songs where the vocals actually work well with the music. I'll start and you can all add more. Oh btw, songs with merely vocal samples like in Aphex Twin - Windowlicker or Kid Spatula - Housewife don't count. It has to be somewhat recognizable.

Fennesz - Transit ( featuring David Sylvian )
Minotaur Shock - Lady Came From Baltic Wharf
Múm - Finally We Are No One
Múm - We Have a Map of the Plane

yes, I know you have discussed your hatred for any type of vocals when it comes to IDM. I personally feel the same way for the majority of it, but there are a few exceptions to this.

That last post and my previous thread just happened to coincide. No planning was made, I assure you.

I don't really like vocals in IDM tracks, but what I like is this french electro hip-hop: TTC, Gravite Zero, La Caution, James Delleck... great lyrics

got a question, musiq has a track called Fear and I have the remix by Venetian Snare.

now, is that IDM with vocal? or is it IDM with vocal sample?

I love the remix by Snare man.

Dntel->Life is Full of Possibilities. but by all means stay away from the Postal Service. i would egg Benjamin Gibbard in the face if i saw him. Twine's self titled release has some great samples of voices. don't forget Prefuse 73's Vocal Studies and Uprock Narratives!
