I am in complete agreement.Ella Fitzgerald is much more appealing to me,she has a smooth, sultry, voice. Oh and i have to say it...I bloody can't stand Norah Jones,
I know she has a huge audience, but it just sound's to me like "whingey ass drivell"

My favorite is Andrea Celeste . Andrea Celeste was born in Pontedera on the 31st of August 1986. When only 11 years old she started giving her first public performances and took up the study of classical singing and piano under the guidance of M. Vittorio Scali.
I am curious....but do you plan to actually post anything that is in your own words and not copy/pasting from other sources?
Do you even know any of these musicians your doing this with, or are you just trying to get people to check for ringtones, programs and whatnots?

For a lady who's not entirely jazz, mostly RnB, but can tear out some greasy jazz licks is Big Maybelle. Goddamn, that woman could wail. Perhaps The Zola's favourite female singer, period? Good competition for Etta.
