would you consider antiflag punk?
im' just curious, i really really like their songs, just because of the messages, i think they're really out on a mission more for a reason than just selling music. so are they punk? that's all i'm really wondering, is what category music like theirs would be under.

they are definately punk. not only does their music have punk roots to it, punk is about spreading an idea or beleif and standing behind it and by their lyrics they most defintely do that! as Neil Young would say "Keep on rockin' in the free world"

I don't like to think of them as punk because all they do is complain about how much they hate politics/america/texas/bush/presidents in general. I don't protest their views, I just don't think they are good at playing punk music nor music in general. They don't even sound like punk music.
