Trippy George Harrison meets psychedelic Flaming Lips

Just purchased The Sleepy Jackson's Lovers dudes, and must say, the album is most def something to check out. The frontman's a strange dude, son of the Oz man himself Rick Steele, a little loco but still a musical genius no doubt. This tune, Good Dancers, is heavily influenced by Georgie...sounds gnarly, Good Dancers. Another good one, "Rain Falls For Wind", is a beaut man. Stunning, pop rock.

think I downloaded a few tracks by them, guess I wasn't enormously impressed...
but some artists have to be consumed by listening to the whole cd...
and I do have crappy boxes on my computer...

Rain Falls For Wind is great, and that song in the video is cool too. I should check out this album.

Two thumbs up dude! I saw him in DC a couple days ago and totally fell in love. I dig the country influence too, like in that song "Miniskirt". And you're right, Luke Steele is a nutcase. He had on like purple eyeshadow and green lipstick at the show, loved it.
