Those are all Third Wave. My favourite non-third/second wave is Dandy Livingsttone and whatever his band was called.

As far as I know 50's/60's (The Maytals) ska is First Wave
80's (Madness, Specials) is Second Wave
Now (Reel Big Fish, RX Bandits) is Third Wave
