Great set (although the last two tunes were not among my favorite),, but up till them I was in musical bliss DJ GE... (I especially liked the Pearls Before Swine tune leading into "White Ship" and then changing gears to the pulsating pop/rock of "Don't Look Back"... I like when the pace is changed sometimes)... One more thing,, any set that starts out with Love is setting the tone for greatness!!!

I think the station manager (the good Reverend) needs to hire DJ GE full time,,, I like his style...

Hey, those are great tunes!

Although, admittedly, not the best by those artists...but hardly bad.

Wow I'm glad you liked the list, and it sounds as if you actually listened to it as listed. I put "A Certain Kind" in there as kind of a curve ball, "Sweet Jane" was supposed to put it back on the tracks so to speak, but I guess that doesn't work too well if you don't like "Sweet Jane" as much as I do.

Seba Aethiad your set scares me in a good way. I haven't heard of any of those songs ...just to think of all the musical horizons that have yet been revealed me.

Sorry for three posts in a row on the same topic but I gots a question for iamthewalrus. One of the artists on your list is "The Mooney Suzuki" and I'm curious if you know where they got their name from. I'm thinking that it might be in tribute to the group Can whose first two singers were Malcolm Mooney and Damo Suzuki.
