Good evening to you, hope you can takea few seconds and give me your thoughts on to what this song is.

I first heard it on the radio in NYC in Aug 2003 and have heard it several times since. The only way that I can describe the song is that it's pure punk, and it seems as though the members of the band are yelling or screaming out the lyrics..really.

The only other clue is that towards 2/3 through the song, the group stops playing their instruments, goes for the acapella, and hits an accord by saying either "I" or "Ah", and hold the harmony for about 4 seconds, two times. I think I caught "going under" or something along those lines in the lyrics towards the end of the song but I'm not too sure.

Been looking for this for a while now and have had no luck, please help me out if you have even a hunch as to what it could be.
