just because you wouldn't doesn't mean he can't.

Hey, if he would do that to me, I'd be mad as hell, and kick his butt...

You gotta remember that Em had a hard life, and most people would've given up. He's worked hard to get where he's at. I think he should go back to his comedy rap stuff he was doin' on the first album. .. . . . . . .
I for one love the Freedom of Speech that my fine country promotes and protects. I hope I'm dead on the day some moron decides the government can censor music! People don't like his music? Don't buy it. Or go make your own album, and you can say whatever the **** you want to because it's Freedom of Speech........God Bless America!

I totally agree with you drkatz that freedom of speech is really everyone agreeing with the majority. And I also agree that he's a great lyricist. He has serious talent but you're right it's not always shown in his singles. That's because his record label makes him release crap like "My Name Is" and they try to have him recreate that song over and over and over again. Hense his anger in "The Way I Am" which was an incredible song.

Copper...brush up on your Patriot Act and your Scalia if you haven't already, and come to the sad conclusion I have that freedom of speech is on its way out in this country...

It's OKAY to not like certain people and to not agree with what they are doing. If you don't agree with being gay then fine...he's not killing gay people or women so what's the problem. That is what makes the United States the fine country that it is; it give people like Eminem the right to say whatever the hell he wants to about whoever the hell he wants to, and it gives anyone who doesn't like him the right to NOT LISTEN. P.S. If you had been through what he's been through with the women in his life, you'd lose faith in all women too.

What a contradiction! Anyway, just because you've had a miserable past, it doesn't mean you have to make everyone else's miserable too. I don't think that's a valid reason for what he does. I don't really mind what type of words he uses but I don't like people being rude or making derogatory remarks to others, even if it is in reply.

Anyway, having said that, I don't like him because of his music and I certainly don't like his attitude. You may say it has nothing to do with his music but I think it does...it really detracts from the way I listen to him...I don't even like to listen to his songs at all. Also, his attitude shows in his lyrics which I also don't really like.

Ontop of that the background music is very basic and the sound of his voice may be different but it's not something I want to listen to. So why would I want to listen to music where I don't like the background music, the vocal or the lyrics?

I don't even like writing about him.

I had a hard life too, many people would have given up too, but that doesn't give me the right, to give other stars badnames or something.

And I am truly for right of speech, but I'll never write a song and make people c**** or f***** wh*res or something.
