Yes, it's Blues. It's actually the first Blues song to have entered the Pop charts. A little background: the original version of 'The Thrill is Gone' did not include a string section. It would have been a much different - and less intriguing - release without the strings.

I just downloaded some tracks by Capri from iTunes. Real quality Funk stuff. I can only find 4 tracks on iTunes does anyone know if they have an album I could get hold of?
