I have been listening to bootleg early versions of Tomorrow Never Knows all day. It really is interesting how the final version came to sound (the official release on Revolver).
That tune really was a interesting development in popular music.
So close to being a great album...at times their song-writing is absolutely brilliant and then at other times it completely falls flat. Most of the album sounds unfinished, and it makes for a frustrating listen overall. Munich comes very close to being a prog rock classic.
