jeff buckley, efrim ??? its a really hard question man. those two were the first ones i though of that i think are naturally talented but theres thousands of years of talent man to pick one would be ridiculous!!

Actually, I wouldn't consider him the best of "all time" but definitely the most talented musician of the "rock & rolll" era...
