I'm new here, figured this is as good a place as any to start posting! I've been listening to "Fossil" by Prurient and "Red Edge" by Frode Gjerstad and Lasse Merhaug. The Red Edge album is a great fusion of free jazz saxophone and gritty, droning electronics.
So don't let anybody tell you there's no John Cage 101!
