"Nobody knows"

This a long shot but i heard a little bit of this song at the dentist's today. All i really know is that it has the lyrics "nobody knows" repeated quite a few times, sung by a man. I think it's some 70s or 80s song and i heard it before at a dance(high school).

There are quite a few songs that are named that way. Here are some Bands that might fit:
The Allman Brothers
Faces
Vanishing Point
Tony Rich Project
The Rainmakers
Waylon Jennings
Pat McGee

Perhaps one of these is right. They are all named "Nobody knows"

Chances are, you are probably referring to an early-90's song, "Nobody Knows" by Tony Rich Project. The vocals are done by Babyface.

ooooooh oooh nobody knows it...

If the answer is yes then I perfectly know the song and I just have to check the exact title.
